The girl's went to see WALL-E. Didn't sound too excited about it. I took care of baby and finished a painting. I feel better now. Like I said before, mountains aren't my thing, but it's a memory of our fabulous vacation this summer. I struggled with the whites because they weren't white at all. They were blue/greyish whites. I guess because of the big cloud hovering above. I try to paint what's there, elaborating a little as I go. I think it needs a moose at the water's edge. What do you think?

- As a mother of three beautiful children ages 9,7 & 2, I'm a busy mom, but painting is my time to retreat, refresh and rejuvenate! I plan to make this blog a journal of ideas for paintings, an update on how a painting is coming along and finally, the finished product. Most of the paintings are for sale, so if you see one you can't live without, let me know! Also, please feel free to leave comments, ideas or a friendly howdy! Hi Tina, I just sent you an email about this painting. I would love to use it in one of my projects -- I work for an art consulting company called Soho Myriad. Please let me know if it is available. All of my contact information is in the email. Thanks, Sarah Jane
